These Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”) are provided for the benefit of customers and clients of SkyllX Technologies Pvt Ltd (“SkyllX” or “the Company”) and others who use SkyllX and/or its website(s), particularly www.skyllx.com (“Website”), and/or applications (“Apps”) (collectively referred to as “SkyllX Services”).Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using any of the SkyllX Services. By visiting the Website, installing any of the Apps, or using any of the SkyllX Services, you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Definitions

  • Learner/Student: The individual who registers for any of the Java Full Stack, Data Analytics, or Data Science programs provided by SkyllX.
  • Consumer: Any individual or entity that uses any of the SkyllX Services. Where applicable, the term “Consumer” includes all SkyllX customers.
  • Content: Refers to any material created by or associated with a SkyllX Customer, including videos, documents, and other learning materials available on or through SkyllX Services.
  • Software: The necessary software used in connection with SkyllX Services.
  • Account: A registered account associated with a SkyllX customer using the services.
  • External Content: Any content that is not created or controlled by SkyllX and is provided by third parties.
  • SkyllX Services: The suite of services offered through SkyllX, including its website, apps, and any other related services.
  • SkyllX Trademarks: All trademarks, logos, and commercial designs associated with SkyllX, whether or not formally registered.
  • Website Services: Services provided by SkyllX through its website www.skyllx.com and any other related websites.

2. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

  • Registration Fees: Fees for registration, installments, or loan EMIs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.
  • Loan Availment: Once a loan is availed, it cannot be canceled.

3. Training Program and Courseware

  • Learners will have access to Java Full Stack, Data Analytics, or Data Science course content and exercises until the end date of the training program. After the program ends, access to certain resources may be limited or unavailable.
  • Course videos might be pre-recorded and may not correspond to the live sessions attended by the learner.
  • Requests for transferring to another batch or rejoining a new batch after completing the original batch will not be accepted.
  • The training hours include both live training and self-paced digital content.
  • In certain cases, batch dates or timings may be changed, or batches may be combined with prior notice.
  • An offline batch may be converted to an online format in exceptional situations beyond SkyllX’s control (e.g., a pandemic).
  • The course content may be updated or modified based on current trends and industry demands.

4. Infrastructure and Requirements

The learner must meet the following infrastructure requirements for training and exams:
  • Laptop/Computer: Must have Windows 10 or macOS 10.1 (or later), 250GB SSD, 8GB RAM, and a 2.2GHz (or faster) processor.
  • Internet: A stable high-speed internet connection is required for online sessions. A functioning webcam and headphones with a microphone are strongly recommended for virtual learning.
For offline training, laptops may be required in certain cases.

5. Expectations from the Learner

  • Learners should be punctual for training sessions, assignments, and assessments.
  • Learners should adhere to the online/offline classroom decorum and be respectful towards faculty, fellow learners, and the support team.
  • The learner is expected to provide regular feedback and reach out to the mentor in case of grievances.
  • Learners must complete certification exams (OEM exams) within six weeks of completing the training.

6. Placement Assistance

To be eligible for placement assistance, learners must meet the following criteria:
  • Be 18 years or older with valid PAN and Aadhaar.
  • Have at least 85% attendance during the training program. 
  • Clear all tests (baseline, intermediate, and final) with a score of 60% or higher. 
  • Complete all hands-on exercises and knowledge checks.
  • Successfully pass the mock assessments and practice interviews with a minimum score of 60%.
  • Clear the relevant certification exams without engaging in malpractice.

7. Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment

Learners must meet the eligibility criteria set by the hiring company for placement.
  • If the learner engages in malpractice during certification exams.
  • If the learner’s provided information is false or inaccurate.
  • If the learner fails to attend three successive placement drives or declines an offer.

8. SkyllX Services

SkyllX Services includes a variety of training and career development services, such as career guidance, training solutions, internships, and placement assistance, catering to individuals and businesses.

9. Content

Content includes all learning materials, videos, and other resources provided by SkyllX or created by learners and shared within the platform.

10. Objectionable Content

Learners must adhere to proper etiquette when sharing content. They must refrain from posting inappropriate or offensive material and respect the guidelines set by SkyllX.

11. Copyright Infringement Policy

  • Learners must respect the intellectual property rights of SkyllX and others.Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted materials is prohibited.
  • Infringements may include unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration of content. Any violation will result in penalties and possible legal action.

12. Indemnification

Learners agree to indemnify SkyllX for any claims, damages, or costs arising from their use of the services, including violations of these Terms of Use. This includes covering legal expenses for any infringements related to intellectual property, defamation, or illegal conduct.

13. Third-Party Links, Products, and Intellectual Property Rights

  • Third-Party Links: The SkyllX platform may include links to third-party websites, products, or services. SkyllX is not responsible for these external sites.
  • Third-Party Products: Any transactions or interactions with third parties are solely between the user and the third party. SkyllX is not liable for any resulting loss or damage.
  • Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and refrain from using, copying, or distributing their content without permission.

14. Implicit Agreement by Users

By using SkyllX Services, users implicitly agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the services confirms acceptance of these terms.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions

SkyllX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is advisable for users to regularly review these terms for any changes. Continued use of the services after changes to the Terms will constitute acceptance of those changes.
